4. Purchases and Payments
- All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may include taxes.
- Payment is required at the time of purchase.
- We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout, including cryptocurrency (USDT/TRC-20).
- You are responsible for any transaction fees or network costs associated with cryptocurrency payments.
5. Refund and Return Policy
Product Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- For cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be sent to the wallet address used for the original transaction.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Refundable Items
- Digital products or services that have been fully delivered.
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
6. Network and Referrals
- You may invite others to join TeloxLife through your unique referral link.
- Referral rewards are subject to the terms outlined in the platform's incentive program.
